How we protect it

Personal information is stored in secure, access-controlled systems. Only staff who need the information to do their job can access it. Paper records are kept in locked storage. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with your consent or where the law requires it. That can include your nominee, other providers in your support team, the NDIA, the NDIS Commission, and emergency services where there is a serious risk to health or safety.
