Community Access
A community you belong to, not one you only visit
Community access starts with what you like, not with what happens to be available on a program sheet. We find the groups, clubs and places that match, then support you to get there and take part.
Over time the support fades into the background. The goal is not a worker beside you forever. It is a room full of people who know your name and expect you on Thursday.

What community access looks like
Support is designed to reduce as your confidence grows, not to continue indefinitely.
- Finding groups, clubs and classes that fit
- Getting to and from activities
- Building confidence in busy places
- Sport, fitness and recreation
- Libraries, markets, cafes and events
- Volunteering, study and work experience
- Making and keeping friendships
- Workers matched to your interests

Why us
Why choose us for community access
- Activities chosen by you, never allocated to you.
- Workers who share your interests, so it is a pleasure for both of you.
- Support faded gradually as confidence grows.
- Links built with mainstream groups, not only disability services.
- Risks assessed quietly, without making a fuss of it.
- Transport built into the support where it is funded.
- Outcomes that show up clearly at your plan review.
